Elgin open face pocket watch with 7 jewel movement mod 3, gilt 3/4 plate movement open face with single sunk dial with Arabic numbers. It is stem wind and set. Serial number is 17256164. Case reads B&B Royal 20 year 6670764. If I rock it in my hand, it will begin to tick- then stops. It does not run.
Elgin made pocket watches from 1867 to 1956- this one is circa 1913.
