We value your Privacy! Michelle's Vintage Jewelry will never use any information provided to us by you for anything other then processing your order, or if requested by you, to be added to our emailing list. We do not sell nor rent email addresses (or any information) to anyone.

Return Policy

If, for some reason, you would like to return your item, please notify me within 3 days of receipt of your item. Then please send the item back in the original packaging, (insurance is recommended) and I need to receive it within 7 days. Once I recieve the package, you will be issued a refund, minus shipping. If you return one of the items purchased as part of a discounted special offer, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Refunds will only be given on diamond jewelry after they have
been inspected by our jeweler- to make sure they were the ones
originally shipped.

Insurance Policy

If an item was damaged in shipping to you, I will help you with the insurance forms, but do not send the item back, as that voids the insurance claims.

Items are carefully boxed and packaged and shipped with insurance and tracking.
