Made in Chechoslovakia Terrier with Suitcase Pin

Marked Czechoslovakia. 1940s plastic pin of a suitcase and a terrier. The little dog has a green collar and a chain that attaches him to the suitcase handle. Very unusual. The pin does not have a safety, and has begun to rust. Measures 1 and 5/8 inches across.
