Retro gold filled floral necklace with intense blue open back crystals and center rhinestone. Signed on the back of the floral pendant and on the clasp CA with an arrow through it for Carl Art and marked 1/20 12K G.F. This necklace is from the 1940's, measures 16 inches in length and has a thumbless jump ring.
