Hand painted celluloid Scottie dog pin from Japan. On original store card that reads "Hand Painted Novelty Brooch" "Made in Japan". Back of open C clasp is stamped JAPAN. Cute face and painted details including a pink coat and green bow. Scottie measures 1 and 1/2 inches tall and is pinned to a 2 inch card. From the 1940's.
