Signed Lisner fringe necklace. Golden fringe bib necklace made of metal beads and golden enameled glass beads. One of the beads reveals the red glass. Measures 16 inches in length and 2 inches wide with J hook finish. From the late 1960- 1970's. The 1950 -1960's was the height of Lisner jewelry. They began producing costume jewelry in the mid 1930's and continued through the 1970's. Lisner was the importer for Schiaparelli jewelry since the late 1930's.
