Marked Made in France Expressly for Portland Oregon. Also marked with diamond with LE inside of it. Mother of pearl opera glasses with ornate mother of pearl handle. There is a crack in the mother of pearl on the very bottom of the handle. (see detailed images). Handles are rare- harder to find. Glasses work well.
